The
fully automatic Pasta Manicotti/Cannelloni Production Line consists of a pasta dough
sheeter, a cooking tank, cooling tank and a processing machine. The Pasta Dough Sheeter
produces a continuous ribbon of pasta at your required number of feet per minute.
The cooking tank can he ordered in the
single-pass or multi-pass configuration. For sanitizing, the hood and transfer belt system
can be easily raised by the automatic lift system.
Completing the production line is the
Manicotti/Cannelloni processing machine which produces a filled/rolled product ready for
packaging.
The above equipment, which can be ordered
individually or as a complete production line, can also produce pre-cooked pasta sheets
and processed Lasagna.

ALL PRODUCTION LINE DIMENSIONS ARE BASED ON COOKING TIME AND PRODUCTION LEVEL REQUIREMENTS. STANDARD EQUIPMENT CAN PRODUCE UP TO 24,000 MANICOTTI/CANNELLONI PER HOUR
